08 January 2007 Singapore GDP growth slows The annual GDP growth in Singapore slowed to 5.9% in the fourth quarter 2006 from 7.0% in the third quarter. The manufacturing growth slowed to 7.3% in 4Q06 down from 9.5% in previous quarter. Growth in the construction sector decreased to 2.4% in 4Q06 from 2.6% in the third quarter.
